Although this is a very delinquent thank you for being the best real estate agent ever, please know that I've been intending to write to you for months.

Last spring when I first thought about selling my condo I wasn't quite sure where to start to find the best agent in town. I'd collected some flyers over the past year that you, and other ageents had stuffed in the mailboxes and decided to send you an email. When you responded within a couple of hours (on a weekend) I was pretty sure I was onto something. When you very kindly agreed to meet me and take a first look at my condo just to see if we could work together, if I decided to sell, I knew right away that you were the agent for me. You are SO honest, genuine and sincere that from the beginning I knew you'd do a great job. When I finally decided to sell you sprang into action. You took care of all the details and made the sale of my condo very easy. Your knowledge of the market was excellent and you bowled me over when you suggested a sales price higher than I'd anticipated. When the condo sold within 2 days of the listing for the full price I couldn't believe it. The sale moved along so quickly and so easily that it felt like everything just took care of itself. I understand though, that you put in a lot of work behind the scenes to make my life so easy during this sort of scary time.

I can't thank you enough for your work and your friendship. I do wish we'd met sooner and that we could have built a real friendship over the years. Hi, Let me tell you about Terri Thompson. Terri the Real Estate Professional, Terri the marvelous human being and Terri the friend. When you contact with one you get all three. Tina and I met Terri in April of 1999 while shopping for a home in Austin. Within minutes of meeting us Terri knew exactly what our family (1 dog, 3 cats and us) needed and know where to find it for a zero dollars investment. (We even got money back at closing). Just six months later we went back to her again because of a job transfer to Alabama. Within 6 days she had a buyer for our home and thru the miracle of computer again found us a place at the right price, in the right location, at the right time. The very day we were to tender an of our transfer fell thru. Without skipping a beat Terri walked us through our third closing in eight months. We are in our new home now and guess what-we got money back again! So between April 23, 1999 and January 31, 2000 we got money at both buys and a big return on our sell. Out-of-pocket $0, profit $5,501.34. Do we like Terri? You betcha we do!

Terri was my Realtor when I purchased my condo in 1999. I had never purchased a home and didnt know what I, or anyone else involved in the process, was supposed to do. Terri was my rock. She negotiated a purchase price that was 4 percent less than the asking price. She protected my interest by recommending actions that werent required, like a home inspection and home shield insurance on appliance, but were extremely beneficial to me as a buyer. She knew what needed to be done by whom and made sure that everyone did what they were supposed to on time. I am completely disorganized, but Terri isnt. She had copies of every document required for closing. She had things prepared that the closing process took under an hour. I had heard awful stories from other buyers about nightmare closings that took hours. I couldnt believe how smoothly mine went. All through the process, Terri was there whenever I needed her. When I got nervous or apprehensive, she took the time to explain to me what was being done and why. She talked to me in language I could understand-not Real-Estate or banker words-but plain English that made the whole process clear. I recommend her highly. She takes care of her clients and gives each one personal treatment as if she has no other clients. She works long hours and is pleasant every time you all her. Even if you are calling with the dumbest question , she makes you fell smart and not guilty for having called her. If I decide to sell my condo, she will be my Realtor to handle the Sale and the purchase of another home.

In the spring of 2002, my husband, Toms, and I decided to sell our townhome. Based on the recommendations of others and our own personal interactions with Terri at our homeowners association meetings, we decided to enlist her services. Without Terri, we perhaps would have had to have returned from Spain early to deal with the situation ourselves, and, in turn, to ruin our summer research and vacation plans. Without Terri, we may not have sold our home during the summer months. We undoubtedly would not have sold it with so little personal hassle, and so quickly.
